Options:

Infiltration - to seal all porosity, increase strength and temperature resistance, making our parts fuel and oil resistant.

Inserts - exactly the same as the inserts used in injection molded plastic parts.

Heli-coils - strong but not as robust as inserts, great for small areas where inserts won't fit.

STL is the preferred data format. We can accept many different formats such as STEP, IGES, STL or Unigraphics files. We can create high quality STL files from your 3D solid CAD data to eliminate facets on contoured surfaces.
