Options:

Infiltration - to seal all porosity, increase strength and temperature resistance, making our parts fuel and oil resistant.

Inserts - exactly the same as the inserts used in injection molded plastic parts.

Heli-coils - strong but not as robust as inserts, great for small areas where inserts won't fit.

Parasolid is the best format but we can accept STEP, IGES, STL or Unigraphics files. We prefer to make our own STL files from your 3D solid CAD data so we can build the highest quality parts.
